The Murray River North Group specialises in commercial and residential construction, delivered through two companies: Murray River North Construction (commercial and government) and TR Homes (residential). Both operating companies have a long history; TR Homes started in 1972 and Murray River North Construction in 1985. In 2014, Murray River North Construction purchased TR Homes and the Murray River North Group was formed. Each company has a strong focus in steel framing and modular construction.
