I am a highly experienced lawyer with a career spanning three decades, advising private, professional, and corporate clients on corporate, commercial, operational, contentious, and regulatory matters across a diverse range of sectors. I have served as in-house counsel at Warner Bros, Bertelsmann, and Virgin Group, and as special counsel at Dentons, the world’s largest law firm, where I developed and led a commercial law practice before founding and managing my own commercial law firm.
