My journey as a sports massage therapist started in early 2003 under the guidance of a physiotherapist this is where my training was based on the fact that sports massage therapy is a form of physical therapy. After sustaining a back injury, at work 2017 it was only then that I realized how important sports massage would be to my recovery and to other people. From 2018 - 2021, I have provided therapy to a variety of people with chronic pain, and mobility issues and highly accolated athletes battling with sports injuries. I'm a trained, experienced, and results-oriented Sports Massage Therapist with 20 years of experience and proven knowledge of sports massage therapy.
