Muse Movement Pilates Studio

Muse Movement is a passionate Pilates and movement community that strives to make the practice accessible to all. We provide an experience that helps you unplug from your life and tune into your body. We celebrate that everyone’s body and experience with movement is unique and invite you to get curious about yours. With deep knowledge and compassion, and in a light-hearted environment, we offer you the tools to grow and feel empowered in body, mind and heart - on and off the mat. We are located in the Artscape Youngplace building, on the second floor last room on the left (unit 204). No Muse Movement class is ever the same but every class will challenge you, work your whole body and leave you feeling strong, flexible and balanced. All classes are open to all levels. Our experienced instructors are flexible and accommodating and can tailor to everyone’s needs and ability.
