Mwamba Agri is a catalytic social enterprise operating in Southern Africa. We support and empower farmers and farming communities to climb the ladder out of poverty towards decent and resilient livelihoods - at scale. We do this through three inter-connected platforms: 1. Mwamba Agri Impact Sourcing is a farmer-aligned intermediation platform that aggregates reliable and committed long-term commercial offtake that, together with our partners, delivers to farmers fair and predictable pricing, empowering technical support, catalytic financial solutions and enabling ecosystems interventions. 2. Mwamba Agri Incubator facilitates the development of local farmer-allied organisations, value-chain and market intermediation and orchestration platforms and enabling enterprises that unlock market access and development opportunities for small scale and emerging commercial farmers. 3. Mwamba Agri Impact Amplifier deploys our unique system-level orchestration capabilities through targeted interventions in key agricultural value chains and ecosystems, and carefully selected investments in system innovations, to unlock livelihoods through system-wide unlocks.
