The Metropolitan Wilmington Urban League (MWUL) is the Delaware chapter of the National Urban League.
The Metropolitan Wilmington Urban League (MWUL) was founded in July 1999 with a mission to empower people of color to achieve economic self-reliance, parity, power, and civil rights. Over the years, the MWUL has worked with/served thousands of people throughout Delaware (i.e. students, parents, policy-makers, government officials, and business/community leaders) with the goal to expand opportunities for all and to help disadvantaged citizens achieve parity.
