The Company’s primary focus is its high-grade Willa gold and copper project located 12 kilometers south of Silverton, BC. In 2015, MX GOLD completed the accretive acquisition of the Willa project and the Max Molybdenum Mine and Mill Complex, a fully permitted 1000 ton per day mill and tailings facility, with major federal and provincial permits in place. This acquisition removed major costs and shortened timelines typically associated with mine project developments. It is planned for the Max mill to start receiving the Willa ore for processing at a rate of 500 TPD in the summer of 2016. The Willa mine is located 135 kilometers south of the Max Mill. MX GOLD can elect to reopen the Max Molybdenum mining operation once world Moly prices improve.
