My Building Certifier (MBC) offers a comprehensive service in all areas of Building Certification throughout Greater Sydney and Illawarra. Rhys Hood and Geoff French have been in the construction and certification profession for in excess of 50 years. Rhys, Geoff and their staff are able to cover all aspects and issues relating to single residential, low rise residential, industrial and commercial developments. They both hold individual Building Surveying registration with the Department of Fair Trading. Our services include certification of all forms of complying development and construction certificates as well as acting as the Principal Certifier on projects up to three storeys in height and a total building floor area of 2000m2. We have extensive experience in the preparation of reports that address compliance with the Building Code of Australia. Our reports can be tailored to meet your specific need for the preparation of your development application.
