My Solution Wellbeing is an Organisation based in Leicester. It was founded by two counsellors, who understand the importance of wellbeing.
We are a private counselling and wellbeing service for adults and children. We offer counselling, wellbeing workshops for businesses , schools and for the community. Visit our website for all our services.

We offer our time to use in your business in the form of training and / or counselling for your employees to manage their stress levels and wellbeing.

We can support you to deal with alcohol or drug issues, cope with a bereavement or relationship breakdowns, cope with redundancy or work-related stress, deal with issues that are preventing you from achieving your ambitions, deal with feelings of depression or sadness, and help you have a more positive outlook on life.
We can also help to understand yourself and your problems better. Deal with anxiety and panic attacks and feel more confident.
