My Vibe Check is an innovative online tool that empowers high school counselors to better understand the emotional wellness trends of their students. Our platform allows students to anonymously report their daily feelings through a secure questionnaire, which is then consolidated and presented to counselors in the form of easy-to-understand graphics. This gives counselors real-time insight into the emotional wellness trends of their student body, enabling them to tailor their curriculum and outreach programs to better support their students.
In addition, My Vibe Check provides students with journaling prompts and access to online counseling resources, while also offering counselors a range of resources for next-steps in assisting at-risk students. With My Vibe Check, counselors can identify emotional patterns and make data-driven decisions to help their students achieve emotional well-being.
