WHO WE ARE The duties of HR include ensuring company protocol and policy adherence for both employees and employers. They must make sure the organization keeps in compliance by providing training and having documentation, as well as addressing staff needs within the organization. Strict adherence to all regulations and standards is especially important if you work in a regulated environment. Adhering to these standards protects your data and the data of those that you serve. Although everyone has their role to play in compliance, one person should be appointed as the central Compliance Officer to monitor the organization’s adherence to the regulations and standards, whilst keeping other personnel informed.
