My2Morrow is a division of the Talent Institute (view www.talentinstitute.ae), a professional services firm that operates via a virtual platform. Although the practice has a primary focus on strategy, leaders, analytics and talent development in the corporate world, it also offers a career counselling service to high school learners and young adults – our future talent. Against the backdrop of a rapidly changing World of Work, we introduce you to the reality of multiple careers, how technology is changing jobs, the need for life-long learning, up-skilling, multi-skilling, tech fluency, and how to ‘future-proof’ your career journey. Simultaneously, we assist you in discovering what drives and motivates you to enable a career choice that will have meaning and which will give you a unique sense of purpose and career satisfaction. Our consultants hold post-graduate qualifications in Psychology and have years of experience in assessment and counselling across multiple industry sectors. Given the virtual nature of the solution, our counsellors are based in different locations in different regions.
