Myant PPE is committed to using textile innovations to make everyday life safer for all people, whether you are working in an environment with heightened exposure to infectious agents or you are simply going about your everyday life. Myant PPE is owned and operated by Toronto-based Myant, Inc., the industry leader in design, engineering, and manufacturing of connected textile solutions. As a response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Myant sought to address the limitations of conventional masks and gloves (e.g. single-use, poor fitting, lack of antiviral properties) by leveraging its deep interdisciplinary expertise across materials science, biochemistry, and textiles to rapidly produce and test new designs for PPE that will help to minimize risk of exposure to infectious threats.
