MALAYSIA BUDGET & BUSINESS HOTEL ASSOCIATION (MYBHA)

We are an Association registered with the Registrar of Societies under the Societies Act 1966 (Societies Regulations 1984) under the name of the Malaysia Budget & Business Hotel Association [MyBHA] (Formally Known as The Malaysia Budget Hotel Association [MBHA] with the Registration No. PPM-006-14-01082001. The association was formed in 2001 under the initiative of YBhg. Tan Sri Dato’ Seri Panglima Abdul Kadir Sheikh Fadzir who was the past Minister of Culture, Arts and Tourism then with its objective to represent the common interests of all budget hotels in Malaysia particularly for the two star rated hotels and below. In year 2019, the Association has changed its name to Malaysia Budget & Business Hotel Association (MyBHA) with its objective to represent as well as dignifying the common interests of the budget & business hotels Industry in Malaysia particularly for the three star rated hotels and below. The Association is now responsible in representing and assisting licensed and registered budget & business hotels in Malaysia towards bringing and / or escalating all issues faced by our members to the responsible and relevant parties and/or agencies in enhancing the image of the budget & business hotel industry under three stars in particular and the tourism industry in general.
