Le pôle d'innovation mycologique de Mycotopia est un espace d'expérimentation permettant le développement de techniques, de connaissances ou encore d'expertises sur l'utilisation des champignons dans les pratiques agroécologiques de demain.
PEDAGOGIE
Mycotopia propose différents ateliers et formations autour du champignon, de l’alimentation, de l’économie circulaire et des productions alternatives.
