My Dr's Pharmacy is a community based pharmacy focused on improving pharmaceutical care one patient at a time. Utilizing the latest technology, our staff has developed a number of programs that enhance patient compliance with treatment plans. My Dr's Pharmacy has been able to establish partnerships with physicians, group homes, hospitals, and senior homes that are focused on improving communications and enhancing medication adherence.
Our pillSETS program has been well accepted in the community. Patients on multiple prescriptions receive their medications packaged in monthly treatment plans. Medications are packaged in pouches and organized based on how they should be taken. pillSETS eliminates confusion and errors. It helps patients take the right medication, at the right time and in the right does. Feedback from patients and providers has been phenomenal. We are very proud of what we accomplished so far and are looking forward to many years of great community service.
