Myland Developments Limited (MDL) is a public company with limited liability incorporated 6th March 2017 under the Companies Act. No 7 of 2007. The purpose of the Company is to engage in all sub-sectors of real estate business. The company started business with buying and selling of land for residential purpose. As of today geographically the business is confined to Gampaha and Colombo Districts and the office of Myland is located in the Kadawatha Town, fast growing city in the Sri Lanka with highway access to all parts of the country.
