Dedicated to supporting high-potential students from low-socioeconomic backgrounds, mylaunchpad was created by four solicitor apprentices passionate about diversifying access to solicitor apprenticeships. We offer a free and voluntary mentoring service, providing guidance and assistance throughout the solicitor apprenticeship application process. As solicitor apprentices ourselves, we intricately understand the challenges of the application journey and are committed to helping others overcome them. Our mission is to inspire potential and talent, foster diversity, and contribute to a more inclusive legal landscape.
