MyMedicoach has developed a free app with which therapists (physiotherapists, psychologists, prevention consultants in companies, etc.) can advise, monitor, correct, encourage, in short coach patients and workers and help them to be healthy (again).
In occupational medicine, this app has several use cases.
1. Delivering theme packs without human intervention. Example: The telework pack which delivers both ergonomic advice that is periodically recalled and also stretching exercises that are recalled daily.
2. Face-to-face training followed by remote coaching with the app. Example: Training on prevention of low back pain followed by remote physical coaching to encourage workers to be assiduous in their daily physical exercises.
3. Training followed by a reminder pack to avoid the forgetting curve. Example: First aid training. Each day, the app can deliver a reminder of one element of this training. It is the occupational health company that can create its own reminder packs with the content of its training.
