MYND Workshop

MYND Workshop is a Reality Capture & Architectural Documentation studio founded in 2015 by Michael Robison and Dallas Bennett. Since 2015, MYND Workshop continues to implement a combination of 3D Laser Scanning and Photogrammetry for professionals across the A.E.C., Historic Preservation and Media & Entertainment industries. Notable A.E.C. projects have included The Glass House by Philip Johnson, Waldorf Astoria Hotel New York, World Trade Center Plaza, 9/11 Museum & Memorial, The New York Stock Exchange, Yale Club of New York, 55 Hudson Yards, Nordstrom’s Central Park Tower, Robert A.M. Stern’s 220 Central Park South, The Ford Foundation, Brookfield Place, East River Waterfront Esplanade, The Brooklyn Navy Yard among many others. Architectural and Preservation clients have included SOM, The National Trust for Historic Preservation, Evergreene Architectural Arts, AECOM Tishman, Pierre-Yves Rochon, JT Magen, Hunter Roberts, Boston Properties, Turner Construction, BIG, Shop Architects, Dan Colen, Starr Restaurants, Ray-Ban and many others. Creative clients have included Warner Bros Studios, Showtime, The Metropolitan Museum of Art, Amazon Studios, Sony, Balenciaga, Fendi, Ralph Lauren, Converse, Oofos, NBC, GhostFX, Framestore and many more. MYND has worked on a wide variety of project types including Historic Preservation, High End Residential Townhouse and Apartment Renovations, MEP and BIM Coordination, Steel and Metal Fabrication, Superstorm Sandy Restoration Efforts, Historic Preservation documentation, CGI for Film and Special Effects, Virtual Reality and Fine Art Documentation. MYND has given a number of talks and workshops and has collaborated with institutions including CUNY’s Bernard & Anne Spitzer School of Architecture, Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) and the Institute for Advanced Architecture of Catalonia (IAAC Barcelona).
