Neighborhood Housing Services of Southern Nevada (NHS) is a non-profit agency that provides affordable housing, homeownership opportunities, education and neighborhood revitalization in targeted areas throughout Southern Nevada.
Since 1992, NHS has revitalized neighborhoods by providing low to moderate income families and individuals with access to affordable rentals, homebuyer education classes and mortgage assistance to purchase homes. Through these programs NHS has turned hopes for the "American Dream" into American Realities!
With a vision to build better neighborhoods, block by block, NHS is well on its way, having assisted over 5,200 Southern Nevada households through its programs!
