About MyOutcomes® For over 20 years, MyOutcomes® has been at the forefront of innovation in applied behavioral sciences, developing intuitive, evidence-based tools that help mental health professionals deliver better care. In 2008, we pioneered the first web-based version of the Outcome Rating Scale (ORS) and Session Rating Scale (SRS)—validated tools developed by Dr. Scott D.
