From half to full-day energizer programs, to 2-day workshops, to 2 – 4 month long extended engagement programs that include pre-work, to one-on-one coaching or skills practice labs, to 4 – 6 month long one-on-one executive coaching engagements, customized to the needs of the coachee, My Persona™ makes authentic leadership easy, through innovative Leadership Development programs. We use a personalized, practical approach that works with strengths & beliefs. My Persona™ was born out of the passion of two people to create a unique transformational process – The My Persona™ Way – that would help people express their Differentiated Leadership. It brings together a collective experience of working with businesses, people, brands, and communication.
