Myriad Construction Services, Inc. is a full-service construction firm focusing on the specialized requirements of one-of-a-kind residential projects in Manhattan and the surrounding countryside. Since our formation in 1987, we have forged a reputation of excellence by consistently maintaining a critical eye to achieve the highest levels of craftsmanship, project management and, ultimately, client satisfaction. We establish close, collaborative relationships with the homeowners and designers we work with to ensure that their visions are faithfully executed. In 1987, after more than a decade of owning and operating successful subcontracting firms in the areas of glazing and custom cabinetry, Erich Schoenherr accepted an offer to assume the role of Construction Manager for a residential project in Greenwich, CT. The home he constructed there was very well-received by the owners and highly praised by their contracted design team. This lead to a stream of projects by referral, and ultimately the formation of Myriad Construction Services, Inc. Through the years Myriad has engaged a wide variety of specialty subcontractors, and has established a database of resources for almost any specialty requirement. One common factor in nearly every project we undertake is the prevalence of fine finishes and sophisticated interior comfort systems. Whether it be custom wood, stone, specialty painting or state-of-the-art air conditioning or home entertainment - we have the experience and the resources to execute projects of any size.
