Founded in 2018, we provide professional advice and aspire to deliver innovative food solutions with a seasonal produce philosophy. Our contemporary cuisine emphasises on refinement and quality and we want our work to have a substantial and positive contribution. Not just to our clients and their businesses, but also to the customers and communities they serve. With our cooking philosophy we hope to give people an experience with new flavours, new designs but also something really positive for the soul and body. We support a cooking philosophy with an environmental responsibility by using ecological products and respecting sustainability. My Roots’ cuisine draws its inspiration from its fertile nature surroundings with dishes that venerate the plant kingdom. The contemporary cooking style is 'gastro botanical’ where fruit, vegetables and wild herbs give more prominence on the plate than proteins like fish, meat or seafood.
