This unified framework applies to both jobs and people, eliminating ambiguity in resumes and job descriptions. Profiles are enhanced with AI assessments, peer feedback, and credibility scoring - enabling precise matching and skill gap analysis. 2. 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 Anonymous Skills Profiles are searchable for free - with no subscriptions or licenses.
