As a Level 7 CIPD qualified people professional my career has been varied and fulfilling. My early career within agencies provided me with the foundations of recruiting and an opportunity to lead on the largest Recruitment Process Outsourcing Project in Europe. Moving to in-house roles allowed me to then progress within both HR Generalist and Talent Acquisition roles across multiple industries with the majority of my career spent within Retail and FMCG. Leading Talent Acquisition teams across globally recognised brands and retailers over the past 10 years has been invaluable, I have loved every minute of my career and the companies that have developed me.
