The customer does not need an android phone or a prepaid digital account in order to pay their bills, buy intercity tickets or apply and repay for loans at MyTM-enabled outlets. We have introduced a hybrid model in this space. Cash-based and cashless transactions can be carried out simultaneously. We are working primarily on financial inclusion and our customer-centric approach is giving our customers the option to conduct cashless and cash-based transactions through our consumer app and retail network concurrently. We see ourselves thriving on a culture of service. Our retail network plays a pivotal role in educating the customer and we accompany them in solving issues that arise in real-time.
