MyVitae is determined to change the way we plan our careers and life. Career planning should be fun, visual and actionable and help us all think deeply about our long term goals and aspirations. We have seen that most organisations and individuals struggle with career planning despite it consistently being a common area of complaint in employee satisfaction surveys and one of the main reason employees, especially Millennials, leave for new challenges. We want everyone to be able to create a long lasting legacy for themselves, regardless of circumstances. The best leaders know that building a successful team is about culture and developing their people. MyVitae gives team leaders a tool to help coach and develop their team and ensure they remain engaged and continually improve. MyVitae also helps individuals think clearly about their long term goals, in their career and life, maps those into a visual format and then creates a clear development path. Once this is understood they can add relevant development activities to achieve this with the support of their manager and mentors. We have built a product to test our process with sales people in mind, but we have big plans where we would like to take the product with a much wider application. We are looking for sales team managers and people who work in sales to become testers. Anyone who becomes a tester will get to use MyVitae free for life.
