MY Voice Canada

MY Voice is a non-profit media initiative launched in 2013 and is one of the only youth media platforms of its kind in North America. Our projects elevate the voices of young Muslims by giving them the chance to express themselves creatively while taking control of anti-muslim narratives prevalent in media today. The art of writing and designing is polished as youth get involved and their experience with areas such as editing, photography, graphic design, marketing, and finances gives them real 'life' experience of the world they will graduate into. Teams are managed by Advisors who coach them to achieve results and gain valuable experience in running their department and hence running the entire organization. Target age is 14-21 for youth and Advisors are over 21 years of age.
