My Work My Future is a national movement. It focuses on building pride in the skilled trades. It also educates the public about the value of skilled trades careers. And helping recruit the next generation of skilled trades professionals. It could be construction, manufacturing, utilities, or maintenance. It could be any hands-on job. Our mission is to show the key role of industrial skilled trades and the great opportunities they offer. Demand is growing. Workforces are aging. Our economy needs new skilled trades workers. My Work My Future aims to change misperceptions. It will showcase professionalism and connect trainees with training programs. It also seeks to ensure these vital professions continue building our nation's future. Our outreach targets students, parents, educators, and career changers.
