Corporate health and wellbeing became a concern of ours after a lot of family and friends started complaining about being burnt out in the workplace and needing some sort of respite.
We really saw a need for something in this area. After conducting a number of surveys we found that office workers would love to have wellness services available in the office.
We started by offering Massage therapy as it is scientifically proven to reduce stress, decrease muscle tension, and lower anxiety levels We then introduced art workshops as a more team collaborative way of bringing wellness into the workplace.
