Mostostal Zabrze Konstrukcje Przemysłowe S.A. is a company that provides services in the field of steel constructions. Unlike other steel construction plants operating in the MZ Group, the company specializes in the production of mechanical steel structures necessary for the construction of crane and rail vehicles. The wide scope of implementation includes e.g. production of: - chassis and bodies of mobile cranes, - components and supports for crane booms, - frame and body constructions of locomotives, - bogie frames. The company owns two production plants located in Zabrze and Gliwice (Silesia), with a total area of 24,000 m2 and over 450 highly qualified employees, which allow it to perform: processing of sheets up to 200 mm thick and weighing up to 10 t, steel constructions up to 22 t and dimensions up to 2.5 m x 3.5 m x 16 m (road transport), in accordance with the following European standards: EN 10025-2 (S235 - S355), EN 10025-6 (S690QL - S960QL) or EN 9606-1. Thanks to the ongoing improvement process, the company's Quality Management System has been adapted to the requirements of the EN ISO 9001:2015 standard, confirmed by an appropriate certificate. We offer: - 3D plasma and laser cutting, - robotic welding, - dimensional control using the Faro system, - the possibility of making measurements with 3D arms, - the possibility of machining large structures on CNC machines. In our projects, we use the advanced NX program (processing programming, welding map modeling or preparation of assembly and welding instructions). The quality of MZKP S.A.’s products is verified and tested in the Plant Laboratory recognized by relevant institutions. Certificates and licenses of international importance, highly qualified staff and production capacity are a credible testimony to the high quality achieved by MZKP S.A.
