N.A. Power Generation Trust

N.A. Power Generation Trust (herein referred to as “NAPT” or the "Trust") will manage a portfolio of investments in clean contracted power generation, as well as power transmission infrastructure located in the United States of America. The portfolio will be made up of natural gas fired, wind, solar, hydro, biomass projects supported by long term Power Purchase Agreements (“PPA’s”) or financial power hedges with investment grade counterparties and use proven and reliable technologies, thereby providing predictable cash flows that can be consistently distributed to unit holders. It is the intention of the Trust to eventually be listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange as a Foreign Asset Income Trust (“FAIT”). The Trust is currently privately held, led by Brad Crilly, President and CEO and Marvin Waiand EVP and CFO, who have 45 years of combined experience in the power and financial industry. Although currently private, NAPT operates as a quasi public company due to its broad shareholder base with a board of directors chaired by Russ Edwards, along with L. Stewart Duncan, John Brussa, Rob Peters, Brad Crilly and Marvin Waiand.
