The main focus of n-ergy’s work over the last 11 years has been on the seamless delivery of vocational training and employability programmes to those in custody followed by specialist employment support to secure sustainable job opportunities.
n-ergy also offers a recruitment service and works closely with local businesses to give its diverse pool of skilled candidates real and permanent job opportunities matched to the employer’s needs. In doing so, it plays an instrumental part in helping to reducing re-offending rates in England and Wales.
