N Positive is a forward thinking structural engineering consultancy based in Melbourne. We work with architects, designers, owners and developers to create better buildings specialising in high end and sustainable architectural buildings. Principle Engineer Ben James has over a decade of experience as a consulting engineer at both local and International leading design firms. Also a student of architecture he has a keen interest in design and sustainability with mass timber, passive house and adaptive re-use projects key to the firms current focus. He is a registered building practitioner in the class of engineer in Victoria. Our focus is small to medium sized residential and commercial projects with extensive experience in tight urban infill and alterations projects and high performance architectural design.
