N.Y. Cake started in 1991 with the talented Joan Mansour and is now in its 3rd generation of family bakers. Joan opened her own school of cake decorating and has taught many renowned decorators throughout the years. She has received numerous awards for her baking prowess including induction into the Wilton Hall of Fame. Located in Yonkers, we have a 20,000 square foot facility brimming with baking supplies. Out of this facility we have retail mail order as well as complete wholesale divisions. Run by daughter Jenny Kash and husband Eitan Kash customers can now place an order online and pick it up in the warehouse (with 1 hour advance notice). We ship all over the world wholesale and retail. Manhattan is our flagship store where N.Y. Cake items may be purchased (cash and carry) at retail. We offer a wide variety of products, ranging from simple utensils to those notoriously difficult to find cake tools. Our baking supplies even include specialty items like alphabet silicone molds, silicone chocolate molds, cupcake boxes, polycarbonate chocolate molds, fondant cutters, fondant plungers, cake pans, fondant tools, and much more.
