n3m-labs (the Nonlinear Microwave Measurement and Modelling Laboratories) is a research, test and evaluation facility that provides a multi-physics approach to the characterisation of electronic devices, circuits and systems. We collaborate with other organisations and research groups to help develop the next generation of super-efficient electronic devices in areas such as information and communications technologies (ICT), Internet of Things (IoT), health, security, energy and the environment. n3m-labs is a joint facility based at both the University of Surrey and the National Physical Laboratory (NPL) in the UK.
