The N4IT Method: Development in Four Phases (normally 6 months). 1. MVP Delivery (Period 1): In the first two months, our focus is on the delivery of a Minimum Viable Product (MVP). We gather requirements based based on your input, but also look at future needs. At the end of this period, you will have a complete platform, including authentication, authorization and infrastructure management via tools such as Terraform for AWS or GCP. 2. Customization (Period 2): Having established a scalable and maintainable platform, we now focus on your specific needs and requirements. This phase may seem slower, but it is crucial for personalizing and refining of the platform. After this period, it is possible to integrate team members from different levels to integrate for future development and maintenance. 3. Stabilization (Period 3): During this period, the system is tested by first users, which means that no more major changes can be made be made that could break the system. The focus is on performance improvements, setting up alerts and dashboards for monitoring, and implementing test automation. The platform should now be reliable, fast and user-friendly. 4. Knowledge Transfer (Period 4): In the final phase, we prepare your team to take over the complete management and further development of the platform. This period includes knowledge transfer, joint solution sessions, and coaching and training of your staff to ensure the sustainability of the application internally remains guaranteed. With this structured approach, N4IT guarantees that your software project not only gets off the ground, but is also future-ready and internally developed.
