BUYER PROCESS:-
1. Buyer provide POF & LOI, Color copy of Passport and Business License.
- Once approved the buyer will progress to next step.
2. After the goods are matched and the delivery period is determined by both parties, the Seller shall send the contract, 3M authorization document, company information and qualification document, identify certificate of sales representative, corporate account information, etc..
3. Both parties sign the contract, and the buyer shall complete the deposit payment of 30% of the contract amount within 1 working day (the buyer shall send the seller proof of payment).
4. After receiving the deposit, the seller will provide the buyer with transaction tracking number, which can track the whole transaction process through 3M online tracking system. Within 3-4 days, the buyer shall complete the delivery, given the air waybill number and delivery certificate, and the buyer shall complete 70% of the remaining payment within 24 hours.
5. After receiving the final payment, the seller completes the delivery, after arriving at the destination port, the buyer clears the customs, receives the goods, and the transaction is completed.
6. The buyer shall receive the goods within 7 - 10 working days after the seller received the deposit.
