The National African American Women’s Leadership Institute (NAAWLI) is a non-profit, leadership development organization.
NAAWLI encourages African American women to discover and maximize their leadership potential with a customized program that is both gender-based and culturally relevant.
Since 2000, NAAWLI has provided education, information and training to organizations and their professionals to advance performance. It is our goal to partner with corporations and assist with the development of African American women leaders.
By participating in our programs, African American women will return to their organizations with innovative ideas, new and enhanced business skills and a greater capacity for addressing the challenges their companies will face.
NAAWLI also provides thought leadership in the areas of leadership development, diversity and women’s workplace issues through research studies, professional events and educational programs throughout the year.
