The NABA UMass Boston Student Chapter is proud to be a part of NABA Boston, working to create lasting impact through connection, growth, and leadership. Our mission is to engage students of color and all aspiring business professionals in meaningful opportunities that support their academic, professional, and personal journeys. We empower our members by providing access to a strong network of peers, mentors, and industry leaders, helping them build the confidence and skills needed to thrive in fields such as accounting, finance, marketing, management, and more. Through events, workshops, and mentorship, we educate students on the realities of the business world while building the technical and soft skills needed to succeed in competitive environments. We enhance the student experience by fostering a community of excellence, leadership, and integrity. We encourage our members to grow not only as professionals but as socially responsible individuals. Above all, we strive to elevate our members and those around them through NABA’s guiding principle: “Lifting As We Climb.” We believe success is best when it’s shared, and we are committed to helping one another rise together.
