The NABIP Heart of Illinois Chapter is a local chapter of the National Association of Benefit and Insurance Professionals (NABIP). NABIP Heart of Illinois membership is comprised of insurance agents and brokers, consultants, insurance company representatives, long term care and disability insurance wholesalers, and representatives of third party administrators and other benefits industry firms such as pharmacy benefit management firms, stop loss carriers, and worksite marketing specialists.
NABIP Heart of Illinois is dedicated to serving, supporting and guiding current and emerging local chapters. We are a professional association for insurance agents who specialize in the delivery of health insurance. Our focus is to improve our healthcare system in the State of Illinois.
We represent our clients, the insureds, and work to make health insurance more affordable and accessible for the residents of Illinois. By educating our elected officials, we strive to avoid unnecessary legislation and the unintended consequences that often follows increased governmental involvement.
