We are Nacelles Architects, established in Te Whanganui-a-Tara, Aotearoa, 2021. We are fundamentally driven by a passion to design places for people to thrive, and to making good architecture accessible through all ranges of scale and budget. First and foremost, we listen before we work to understand the scope, brief and feasibility each project requires, revealing the best possible pathway with our Clients and their design journey. Our Directors Huw and Chris have over 45+ yrs combined experience across the width and breadth of Aotearoa and internationally, having worked across a large range of project types and scales. Nacelle's design process is a conversation to test and prototype ideas prior to committing to construction, so that our projects are strategically robust, and our Clients are in control, invested and informed. We believe in transparency and having practical discussions up front, without sacrificing design intent or creative problem solving.
