Our Property Development activities are not only supported by our principal competency of building construction, but with a full scope of in-house expertise, such as development planning, architectural and engineering design, quantity surveying, procurement and project management. This has led us to undertake various notable projects nationwide, including helping to complement and support the national agenda by providing affordable housing for the rakyat.
