The Young Professionals Committee was established in 2018 to create a space for students and early careerists in NAHSE to learn, grow, and network. Young Professionals Committee Vision: -Establish a voice for young professionals within NAHSE and its Leadership. -Conduct gap analyzes to evaluate the NAHSE student and young professional experience and how it can be elevated. -Develop a platform to engage young professionals locally and nationally. -Design and implement initiatives in alignment with NAHSE’s existing goals. -Support programmatic development and assess performance indicators. Young Professionals Committee Objectives: -Propose and facilitate national opportunities for students and young professionals. -Partner with local chapters to provide support in engaging this NAHSE demographic. -Help plan networking opportunities for students and young professionals to connect, share experiences, and build a vast network. -Host webinars on professional development topics geared toward this group.
