NAKO Modular

NAKO Modular is a family run real estate development firm, founded in 2023 by brother and sister Naikee and Rusna Kohli. NAKO is a new, innovative company but part of a mature and established group run by the same family, with expertise in transportation, logistics and hospitality. There are two arms to NAKO’s business - Residences by NAKO which builds modern and sustainable primary family homes and Retreats by NAKO which creates wellness-focused destinations and landscape hotels. Across its residences and retreats, NAKO units are crafted in house and thoughtfully designed to evoke a “barefoot luxury” experience. Each design prioritises efficient use of space and energy, natural light and wellness features to create a serene environment. NAKO leverages the infrastructure and experience across the family group to handle almost all aspects of development internally - from design and manufacturing to site preparation and assembly.
