In order to translate our strategies into success, we enabled our organization to function all key processes in the most possible efficient way, according to best practices, and acquiring talented capabilities. We target to always keep at the high end of competitiveness to make you happy, so we’re driven by you, and committed to deliver you the right nutritional products. We structured Nal Foods to have the Marketing & Sales Department driving the engagement with markets & customers, partnering with the Operations Department which works on all details to produce the right quality products, and all supported by the Shared Services Department which cares about all required enablers such as people, finance, technologies and other corporate roles. Those three departments chaired each by a Director, reporting to the CEO of Nal Foods, who reports to the Chairman.
