We are a team of skilled professionals combining experience from investment banking, private equity, management consulting and corporate development. Nalka Invest was established in 2009 in Stockholm, Sweden. The Swedish operations focus on the Nordics and its 19 co-workers currently manage a portfolio of eleven companies with combined sales of EUR2+bn in 2022. In 2022, Nalka expanded its geographical reach by establishing Nalka Advisory Germany GmbH in Munich, a subsidiary to Nalka Invest AB. The Nalka Advisors Germany team focuses on investments in the DACH* region. Nalka is owned by Interogo Holding, a foundation-owned investment group based in Switzerland. Interogo Holding's investment strategies include private and long-term equity, real estate, infrastructure, and liquid assets. Nalka is a part of the private equity strategy. *Investments in the DACH region are made by Nalka DACH Investments SA SICAF-RAIF, that is managed by Inter Fund Management, and advised by Nalka Advisors Germany.
