NAMA provides essential community services for capacity building after and during conflict, focusing on skill development for job creation and market access of disadvantageous groups and communities. NAMA plan of action will be focusing on rehabilitation, capacity building, entrepreneurial development, and mental well-being for families and individuals. NAMA will also work on facilitating vocational training programs to empower individuals and stimulate local economies. Tailored vocational training will align with local labor market demands.
These programs will focus on enhancing both hard and soft skills, ensuring that displaced individuals are equipped with the necessary competencies to thrive in their chosen fields.
