At NAMA, we are dedicated to rehabilitating and empowering individuals and families displaced by conflict. Through tailored capacity-building programs, we focus on developing entrepreneurial skills suited to basic self-sustained needs and subsistence. Our mission extends beyond economic empowerment, promoting mental well-being and resilience to ensure that those affected by war can rebuild their lives with dignity, self-reliance, and a healthy mind for long-term personal and community growth. NAMA provides essential community services for capacity building after and during conflict, focusing on skill development for job creation and market access of disadvantageous groups and communities. NAMA plan of action will be focusing on rehabilitation, capacity building, entrepreneurial development, and mental well-being for families and individuals. NAMA will also work on facilitating vocational training programs to empower individuals and stimulate local economies. Tailored vocational training will align with local labor market demands. These programs will focus on enhancing both hard and soft skills, ensuring that displaced individuals are equipped with the necessary competencies to thrive in their chosen fields. By providing access to capacity building initiatives, individuals will gain confidence in their abilities, fostering a sense of agency and self-worth as they build their own communities and help in balanced and sustainable development of Lebanon areas.
